Preview status and operator

Ticklume is currently a technical product preview. Ticklume is the product name, not a declaration of the legal operator's identity. The final operator identity, registered address, complaint procedure and governing-law clauses have not yet been approved for launch and will be added only after legal review.

Do not treat access to this preview as evidence that Ticklume is authorised to provide an investment service in your jurisdiction.

Ticklume provides factual information, deterministic calculations, scenario analysis and educational explanations.

Accounts and permitted use

Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate account information.
Do not probe, overload, bypass access controls, copy restricted provider data or use the service unlawfully.
A watchlist is a reading aid. It is not a portfolio, suitability profile or recommendation input.
Preview access may be limited or withdrawn to protect the service, users, data rights or legal perimeter.

Data, models and third parties

Market, company, analyst, insider and political-disclosure data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected or unavailable. Third-party names and links do not imply endorsement.

AI-assisted explanations can be wrong or omit context. Deterministic calculations can also be affected by source, normalization or methodology errors. Review dates, sources, assumptions and limitations before drawing conclusions.

Content, corrections and availability

Ticklume may correct, withdraw or replace content when sources, calculations or review status change.
Service availability, coverage and update frequency are not guaranteed during the preview.
Product copy and original presentation may not be republished commercially without permission; source documents remain subject to their own rights and licences.

Geographic perimeter

The initial product design is EU/EEA-first. Ticklume does not actively target the United Kingdom, United States or another jurisdiction before a separate legal gate. You remain responsible for complying with rules that apply where you access the service.

Changes and legal review

Material changes will receive a new document version. Logged-in users will be asked to accept approved current versions only after the legal gate is complete. No acceptance is recorded for this review candidate.
