Ticklume was previously named StockBrief. The review-candidate document below retains that historical name pending its versioned legal update. It is not approved for public launch.
Risk disclosure
Every useful model has limits. Markets add more.
StockBrief helps readers inspect evidence and assumptions. It cannot remove investment risk, guarantee data quality or predict what a security will do next.

No advice, fiduciary relationship or solicitation
StockBrief does not know your finances, objectives, portfolio, tax position or tolerance for loss. It does not provide a personal recommendation and does not tell you to buy, sell or hold. Access does not create a fiduciary or advisory relationship, and the product does not solicit or execute transactions.
Market and loss risk
- Security prices can move sharply and you can lose some or all capital committed.
- Past performance, historical valuation ranges and analyst targets do not predict future results.
- Liquidity, currency, concentration, leverage, tax and jurisdiction risks may not be reflected in a company report.
Data and timing risk
Sources can be late, incomplete, inconsistent, revised or incorrectly normalized. Analyst consensus is an external opinion; insider and politician disclosures can be delayed and use imprecise value ranges. Missing data is left unavailable rather than silently estimated, but that does not make available data complete.
Scenario and valuation risk
Fair-value ranges, reverse DCF and scenarios are deterministic outputs from selected assumptions, not price targets or probabilities. Small changes in growth, margins, discount rates or terminal assumptions can materially change results. Issuer-specific valuation remains behind the public-launch legal classification gate.
AI and interpretation risk
AI-assisted explanations are constrained to cited sources and reviewed schemas, but they may still misstate a mechanism, miss context or overstate relevance. The label identifies origin; it does not transfer responsibility to the provider or replace source review.
Insiders, politicians and causality
A disclosed transaction does not establish motive, private knowledge or future price direction. A public role or policy connection is context, not proof of influence. Correlation between an event and a business result is not automatically causation.
Conflicts and compensation
The final launch disclosure must identify operator and reviewer holdings, material interests, issuer or provider compensation, sponsorships and affiliations. Until that register and review process are approved, issuer-specific production publication remains blocked.
